With their “Aldea” distillery, we share with the Quevedo family the same vision of fair trade. We present to you the first purely organic rum from La Palma in the Canary Islands "la Isla Bonita". 100% pure sugar cane juice fermented then distilled without any additives. 10,000 nautical miles and 6 months at sea around the Atlantic aboard the large motorless sailboat, TRES HOMBRES, make it an exceptional rum.

Single cask strength

Solera with 15 floors.

Brought back in exPedro Ximenez barrels aboard Tres Hombres, 6 months of dynamic aging. Pedro Ximénez (also known as PX and many other variations) is the name of a Spanish white wine grape variety grown in several Spanish wine regions. Here it is used to produce a varietal wine, an intensely sweet and dark dessert. It is made by drying grapes under the hot sun, concentrating the sweetness (similar to producing straw wine), which is then used to create a thick, black liquid with a strong taste of raisins and molasses that is fortified and aged in solera.

8 months of rest in our Stéphanois cellar, always in Pedro Ximenez barrels before bottling.
