The Canerock brand is a creation of Maison Ferrand which has distinguished itself in the most beautiful ways in the world of Cognac, then of Rum with the Plantation brand.

This time, she invites us to Jamaica. The idea? Offer a festive drink made from Jamaican rums and an infusion of spices.

The vintages used come from the Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries , which we no longer present... Some are 5 to 10 years old.

As for spices, there is Jamaican ginger, Madagascar vanilla and coconut, each infused separately.

Aging is carried out partly in oak barrels, and partly in Sherry barrels.

This is the secret of making this rum-based spirit drink, which reveals pleasant notes of chocolate, coconut, ginger, cloves…
